c654956b49 70_XBMC.pm: 
-added commands: openmovieid, openepisodeid, addon, jsonraw (thanks to siggi85)
-fixed fork attribute to close file handles correctly
-added mechanism to detect disconnects (TCP)
-improved message parsing
-some code refactoring
-improved code formatting
